DISTRICT 5 Zoning Board unanimously recommended approval. 4. Brandi Escoe has requested a variance to the maximum number of parcels accessible by a private drive for Tax Parcel 092 091 on Pine Haven Ln. DISTRICT 5 Zoning Board unanimously recommended approval. 5. Dredrick Lane has requested a variance to the maximum number of parcels accessible by a private drive for Tax Parcel 057 029 01 to build a home on his property.
