Consideration and approval of the Resolution for submission of application to Texas Motor Vehicle Crime Prevention Authority for a grant in the amount of $112,250.00 with said FY 2026 grant year scheduled to fund in fall of2026 to help combat motor vehicle theft in Harrison County. Said grant is renewable annually and is an 80/20 split with Harrison County's portion to be $22,450 the first year and subsequent years reduce to 20% of $83,000.00 with county portion being $16,600.00, D. Consideration and action regarding the approval of the Animal Shelter Interlocal Agreement between Harrison County and the City of Marshall pursuant to the approval and execution of the Interlocal Agreement by the Marshall Texas City Commission. 2. Consideration and action regarding the request by Brad Thomas, Maintenance Supervisor, regarding the upgrade ofthe jail elevator due to the elevator being broken and replacement part not available for months with said upgrade to be approximately $100-115k as repair needs to be done immediately with approval of a budget amendment if needed for upgrade. 2. Presentation by Benton Blaine of Cushwake for client Peregrine Energy regarding proposed energy storage system (ESS) in Harrison County.
