CALL TO ORDER The Planning and Zoning Commission meeting was called to order by Chair Cormack at 6:30 PM on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at 2801 Ranch Road 1869, Liberty Hill, Texas. Quorum was established and all members were present. Chair Cormack led the invocation and the pledge. 2. PUBLIC COMMENTS Public comments are welcome. Discussion, consideration and possible action regarding proposing ordinance for certain regulations of 'Vape Shop' stores within the City of Liberty Hill Unified Development Code (UDC). (Vice-Chair Keller/Commisioner Vyner) Nomotionrequired Commission reviewed redlines. Chair Keller recommendation is to have a brief update at the next council meeting and mayor. Public hearing April 15th will meet the statutory guidelines, then take it to council for public hearing. 6) REPORTS a) Receive Projects in Motion Report. (M.
