CALL TO ORDER Establish Quorum- Commissioners Sharp, Holman and Bryan were present Invocation- Commissioner Holman Pledge of Allegiance-] Judge Boyd 1. Discuss and consider approval of the minutes for the Commissioner Court on the 25th day of February 2025. Commissioner Bryan made the motion to approve the February 25th 2025 Commissioner Court Minutes. Commissioner Holman seconded the motion. The Minutes were approved with all ayes. Discuss and consider Monthly Reports: A. Payroll- Commissioner Holman made the motion to approve Payroll. Commissioner Sharp seconded the motion. Payroll was approved with all ayes. B. Expenditures- Commissioner Bryan made the motion to approve Expenditures. Commissioner Holman seconded the motion. Expenditures were approved with all ayes. C. Treasurer D. County Clerk- Commissioner Holman made the motion to approve the Clerk Report. Commissioner Sharp seconded the motion. The Report was approved with all ayes. E. District Clerk- Commissioner Bryan made the motion to approve the Clerk Report. Commissioner Sharp seconded the motion. The motion was approved with all ayes. F. Tax Office G. Sheriff Dept.- Commissioner Bryan made the motion to approve the Sheriff Dept Report. Commissioner Sharp seconded the motion. The Report was approved with all ayes. H. Discuss and take appropriate action Re: Proclamation of American Red Cross Month for 2025 Commissioner Bryan made the motion to approve the American Red Cross Proclamation. Commissioner Holman seconded the motion. The Proclamation was approved with all ayes. 5. Discuss and take appropriate action Re: Annual Cybersecurity Training. Commissioner Sharp made the motion to approve the Cybersecurity Training. Commissioner Holman seconded the motion. The motion was approved with all ayes. 6. Discuss and take appropriate action Re: Change in designated employer representative for Drug and Alcohol Testing Compliance Services. Commissioner Bryan made the motion to approve appointing Sonja Wells as designated employer representative for Drug and Alcohol Testing Compliance Services. Commissioner Sharp seconded the motion. The motion was approved with all ayes. 7. Discuss and take appropriate action Re: Update the San Augustine County CDL Drug and Alcohol Testing Policy and Procedure. Commissioner Bryan made the motion to approve the updated CDL Drug and Alcohol Testing Policy and Procedure. Commissioner Sharp seconded the motion. The motion was approved with all ayes. 8. Discuss and take appropriate action Re: San Augustine Extension Office February Report. Makenzie Banks County Agent gave an update of events in the County. 9. Discuss and take appropriate action Re: Title III Funds for Powell Town VFD Commissioner Bryan made the motion to approve giving Title III Funds to Powell Town VFD for repairs on some of their trucks.
