Samira Wolf, Field Training Officer This month's employee spotlight is Samira Wolf, a police officer with the Salisbury Police Department, serving as a member of the Adam Team. Samira works the dayshift, protecting and serving the citizens of Salisbury. Her role involves a variety of tasks, from conducting traffic stops and responding to emergency calls to enforcing city ordinances and engaging with the community during foot patrol. In addition, Samira is a field training officer where she has the opportunity to mentor and train newer officers, ensuring they are well-prepared to handle the responsibilities of the job on their own. "For me, being a public servant is more than just a job it's a calling to serve and make a ace difference. Interacting with individuals and getting out in the community is one of my favorite o things to do. I love building rapport with people and letting them know that there are officers who genuinely care about them. The law enforcement profession is very rewarding.
