Call to Order - Pledge of Allegiance Mr. Francke welcomed everyone to the Planning Commission meeting and called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. The meeting is being recorded. 2. Growth Forecasting Presentation Ms. Crawford gave a presentation on Growth Forecasting and Land Use in the Spring Creek Watershed Area. Please see Attachment #3 - Growth Forecasting Presentation for more information. 9. Director's Report and Other Matters to Come Before the Commission Mr. Stolinas reported that two new staff members will be starting next month. The Mosquito Disease Control Coordinator will be starting March 10; Sara Conklin will be graduating from Penn State in Wildlife Science in May and is a State College resident. The Transportation Planner will be starting March 17; Richa Rimal has a master's in planning from the University of Cincinnati and is a State College resident. Xochi Confer is working as a Senior Advisor to help assist with the Bridge Replacement Bundle in the Spring for Bellefonte and Howard Boroughs. Mr. Stolinas reported that there has been some interest in the open board position but still a work in progress. With no further business to come before the Commission, a motion was made by Mr. Hameister to adjourn at 6:47 p.m. and the second by Mr. Francke. Motion carried.
