All voted in favor and motion carried. Administrative Matters: A. Appointment to Stewart County Housing Authority = Chairwoman Arcola Scott moved to appoint Marilyn Christian to a five year term ending January 31, 2030; seconded by Vice Chair Thomas Mayo. All voted in favor and motion carried. B. Extension of Borrow Pit Agreement - County Attorney advised original agreement accepted on July 9, 2024 is still in effect therefore no renewal or extension needed. C. SCHC Rental Agreement - Commissioner MaQuonzie Thomas joined meeting at 4:45 PM. Commissioner Joe Lee Williams moved to accept the lease agreement between the Stewart County Board of Commissioner and the Stewart County Historic Commission; seconded by Vice Chair Thomas Mayo. All voted in favor and motion carried. Commissioner Joe Lee began discussion regarding the Wims Center and returning keys to the recreation group for access to the gym. Discussion ensued but no action taken. D. David Brown Fence - Commissioner Joe Lee Williams moved for the County to repair the fence with Mr. Brown acknowledging the County will need future access to the drainage pipe; seconded by Vice Chair Thomas Mayo. All voted in favor and motion carried. An agreement between the County and Mr. Brown will be drawn up. Reports: A. Financial Report - Commissioner Joe Lee Williams moved to accept the January 2025 financial reports; seconded by Commissioner Tyrone Nelson. All voted in favor and motion carried. B. Road Superintendent - County Manager Mac Moye provided January 2025 Road Department report in conjunction with his County Manager report. C. Public Safety Director -Public Safety Administrator Greg Stewart presented the January 2025 EMS report. Commissioner Joe Lee Williams moved to renew the OnSolve/Code Red Contract through 2026; seconded by Vice Chair Thomas Mao. All voted in favor and motion carried. D.
