IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS AT THE GRAHAM CITY HALL, 608 ELM STREET, GRAHAM, TEXAS, AT WHICH MEETING, THE FOLLOWING AGENDA ITEMS WILL BE CONSIDERED. ITEMS ON THE AGENDA ARE SUBJECT TO ACTION. THE TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENIS COMMITTEE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MEET IN CLOSED'EXECUTIVE SESSION ON AN AGENDA ITEM SHOULD THE NEED ARISE, AND IF APPLICABLE, PURSUANT TO AUTHORIZATION BY TITLE 5, CHAPTER 551 OF THE TEXAS LOCAL GOVERNMENT CODE. Update on planned residential housing along Cliff Drive C. Update on transportation impacts of new Solid Waste contract Page 1 of3 8. Update on the status of proposed grant initiatives under the Transportation Alternatives Program: a. Multiuse Path projects along SH16/Elm Street and connecting paths; and b. Construction of a hike/bike trail in the vicinity of Salt Creek Park. 9. Update from TxDOT Area Engineer Zac Husen on: a. Traffic Signal at the intersection of Montgomery St. and SH16/Elm Street; and b. Proposed reconfiguration ofthe intersection of SH16/Elm Street and Pine Tree Road; and C. Adjustment of speed zones on that segment of SH16 which lies within the corporate limits of the City. 10. Presentation by TxDOT Area Engineer Zac Husen on potential traffic countermeasures related to intersection improvements, distracted driving, and speed-related crashes. 11. Discussion regarding action items for the Committee and proposed future agenda items. 12. Comments from Support Staff. 13. Comments from Committee members. 14.
