ORDER RESCINDING THE OUTDOOR BURN BAN IMPLEMENTED ON MARCH 4, 2025 WHEREAS, the Robertson County Commissioners' court implemented an Order prohibiting outdoor burning in the unincorporated areas of Robertson County on March 4, 2025 for a period of ninety (90) days: and, WHEREAS, by Order, the County Judge may rescind the Order prohibiting outdoor burning in the unincorporated areas of Robertson County upon a determination that the conditions and circumstances that necessitated the implementation of such Order no longer exist. WHEREAS, I, Joe David Scarpinato, the County Judge of Robertson County, Texas, have determined that the conditions that required the implementation of such Order no longer exist. THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, by the County Judge of Robertson County, Texas that the Order prohibiting outdoor burning that was implemented on March 4, 2025 is hereby rescinded. This ORDER is pursuant to Texas Local Government Code 352.081, and other applicable statutes. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that all outdoor burning shall be conducting using extreme caution and confirm with the Outdoor Burning Rule, Title 30, Texas Administrative Code, Sections 111.201-221 and publication RG-049, published by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality entitled Outdoor Burning in Texas, when conducting any outdoor burning within the unincorporated areas of Robertson County.
