CALLTO ORDER- Chairman John Osbourn called the meeting to order at 5:30 pm 2. PUBLIC COMMENTS Public comments opened at 5:30 pm and closed at 5:38 pm (Visitors shall be limited to no more than (3) three minutes to address the Board or at the discretion of the Mayor) In accordance with Section 551.042 oft the Texas Government Code, an inquiry made at a meeting shall be conducted as follows: (a.) Ifat a meeting of a governmental body, a member of the public or the governmental body inquiries about a subject for which notice has not been given as required by this subchapter, the notice provisions of this subchapter do not apply to 1. A statement of specific information was given in response to the inquiry, and 2. A recitation of existing policy in a response to the inquiry; and (b.) Any deliberation ofor a decision about the subject of the inquiry shall be limited to a proposal to place the subject on the agenda for a subsequent meeting. Jenni Flinders, Tanner Schuford and Jed Darland spoke about zoning changes regarding Farm, Ranch and Garden. Kathey Beckham asked about zoning changes at 1504 Ford St. 3. REGULAR AGENDA ITEMS a. Discussion and possible action to approve a revision to the Zoning Use Chart Ordinance, specifically the land uses regarding properties in the Residential (SF-1, SF-1 Overlay, SF-2, SF-3, SF-4), General Residential, Agriculture, Commercial, Office Medical, Northern Business District, Central Business District, and Industrial zoned areas. Amotion was made by Diana Firestone, with a second by. Julie Ireland, to approve thr changes to theZoning Use Chart with the caveat that changes to the Use Chart definitions be made to exclude livestock but allow horticultural production in the areas zoned General Residential (GR). All in favor, none opposed. Motion carried. 4. ADJOURNMENT Chairman.
