State Highway 29, Liberty Hill, TX at the Liberty Hill Middle School National Library Week. A quorum ofthe City Council may, or may not, be present. Council members in attendance will not take action on any city business. Any discussion ofcity business will be incidental to this event, which is a School Library Event that is educational in nature. The Council Members will be in attendance only in the capacity ofinvited guests to this event. This is not a City Council meeting. There will not be a "Call to Order' and no formal action will take place at this event.
