PUBLIC NOTICE (Art. 6252-17-3a) AMENDED AGENDA FOR SPECIAL SESSION Notice: is hereby given that the Commissioners' Court ofClay County, Texas, will meet in Special Session at 9:30 a.m. on the 31st day of March, 2025, which is at least seventy-two hours after the posting of this notice, in the Commissioners' Courtroom located at the Clay County Courthouse Annex, 214 N. Main, Henrietta, Texas, to consider such items of business as are deemed necessary including the following: 1. Çourt to open meeting with Pledges and Prayer. 2. Court to approve minutes of previous meeting(s). 3. Court to approve Line Item/Budget Amendments. 4. Court to consider and possibly approve payment ofbills relating to Clay County Memorial Hospital (CCMH). 5. Court to consider and possibly approve payment of Clay County Memorial Hospital (CCMH) Payroll. 6. Court to consider and possibly approve all accounts and reports relating to the finances of Clay County, audit and settle accounts, and direct payments. 7. Court to consider and possibly approve County Payroll. 8. Court to consider and possibly approve Request & Consent to Enter for Disposal ofI Dirt, Soil, Sediment & Waste Material, and Waiver of Claims. 9. Court to consider and possibly approve and declare items submitted as surplus or salvage. 10. Court to consider and possibly approve purchase of furniture or equipment. 11. Court to consider and possibly approve meetings or events for the Bridge Street Annex: a. Henrietta High School Varsity Track Team meeting. 12. Court to hear from any person desiring to appear before the court. 13. County Judge to give updates and provide information regarding meetings and/or events concerning Clay County. 14. Court to consider and possibly approve Certification of Additional Revenue in the amount of $500.00 from Targa Midstream Services LLC for underground 6" poly pipeline at 4 Wire Road south ofFM 174 intersection, to be placed in Precinct 4 budget. 20. Court to consider and possibly approve by Resolution the proposed Clay County Appraisal District budget amendment sent by Lisa Murphy, Clay County Appraisal District Chief Appraiser. The Amendment includes retaining $25,738 for building repairs and distributing back to the taxing entities $3,876.00. 21. Court to consider and possibly approve Order Granting Permit and Right of Way to Construct Pipeline, Road Crossing, and Road Bore with Quail Ridge for underground 6" poly pipeline at County Line Road, Precinct 4. 22. Court to consider and possibly approve more options for flooring for the previous 97th District Adult Probation office. 24. Court to move to the Bridge Street Annex for a walk through and update on renovation progress. 25.
