The agenda being as follows: INVOCATION PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 1. Public Comments and/or Requests for Information on Non-Agenda Items in Accordance with Section 551.042, of the Texas Open Meetings Act. 2. Consent Agenda The Consent Agenda is considered to be self-explanatory and will be enacted with one motion. There will not be a separate discussion of these items. Reports of elected officials. d. Commissioners Court Minutes. 3. Presentation by North East Texas Child Advocacy Center (NETCAC) and Proclamation. 4. Presentation by Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Titus, Camp, and Morris Counties and Proclamation. 5. Consider approval of request of Precinct 2 Commissioner to use Equipment Reserve Funds for equipment purchase. 6. Consider approval of request by Sheriff to authorize a part time jailor position. 7. Presentation by Kaycee Davis Pepper on Volunteerism, and presentation of Certificates for Commissioners and Judges. 8. Consider approval of request by County Agent for funding for out of state travel. 9. Consider approval ofUser Agreement with Camp County Youth Baseball / Softball Association for use of Broach Park Recreational Complex. 10. Executive Session 11.
