Public Hearing/Motion: To consider a recommendation of the Town Council acting as Local Advisory Panel to the Historic Preservation Commission, on an application submitted for 5813 Surrey Street. The applicants are proposing the following:-8:50 -Add a second story over the existing first story on the side oft the house.
