Approval of a proposal submitted by Lindsey and Associates for Professional Auditing Services for FY15 at a cost of$10,000.00. Motion Zeughauser, second Shaul, motion passed 4-0. Non Consent Agenda 2. Town Manager Charnovich provided the Council with the March Financial Report 3. Mayor Slavin introduced the FY16 Budget. 4. Approval of a site plan amendment as submitted by Sandy Spring Builders on behalf of Nick and Debbie Fox at 4712 Cumberland Avenue to construct a wall in the rear yard. Approval of an application for a replacement HVAC Unit as submitted by Larry Sampas and Christina Bradley, 4715 Trent Court contingent upon the unit passing the required noise level requirements. Motion Shaul, second Zeughauser. Motion passed 4-0. 6. Approval of a plan amendment submitted by Rohit and Sherry Khanna, 4704 Falstone Avenue, to amend the size of the deck by 30 square feet. Approval of a plan amendment submitted by Jack and Cecelia Benson, 4511 Dorset Avenue to install an emergency generator, fence replacement, installation of a retaining wall and the removal of2 trees. Motion Pickar, second Condos, to approve the amendments contingent upon the generator passing the required noise levels and the applicant planting 2 additional ornamental trees as reforestation (total of5 ornamental trees). Motion Zeughauser, second Shaul, motion passed 4-0. 12. Approval of a new contract for refuse, recycling and now composting services. Contractor will be Unity with sub-contractor of Compost Crew for compost collection. Representatives from Unity and the Compost Crew were in attendance at the meeting to answer any questions. Motion to approve a 3 year contract with 2, 1 year options contingent upon final review by the Town Attorney. Motion Shaul, second Pickar. Motion passed 4-0 (Contract pricing to be attached to the minutes) 13. Approval of a contractor for painting and varnishing work at the Town Pool. Motion Shaul, second Pickar to approve a contract up to an amount of $22,000.00 based on the research and recommendation oft the 3 bidders by Town Manager Charnovich. Motion passed 4-0. 14. Approval of a contract with Camp Summerset for use of the Town Pool for the 2015 season. Motion Zeughauser, second Condos, motion passed 4-0. 15. Approval of a contract with Camp Summerset for use of the Town Tennis Courts for the 2015 season. Motion Zeughuaser, second Condos, motion passed 4-0. 16. Representatives from the 4701 Willard Avenue Project were in attendance at the meeting to provide an update on the project. They stated the project would be another 4 weeks until completion. 17. General Code Update = As of April 6, we were working to submit the Organizational Analysis, the first part of the Code/Charter rewrite project. 18.
