Public Hearing/Motion: To consider approval of a recommendation oft the Town Council acting as the Local Advisory Panel to the Historic Preservation Commission on an application submitted for 4709 Dorset Avenue, to complete the following scope of work:-7:40 -Demolish the existing 1-story rear addition and deck to allow for a new 2-story rear addition -Construct a new detached garage in the rear yard (extension of existing driveway) -Install a swimming pool and fence surrounding the pool "Where People and Trees Have Deep Roots and Grow Strong" **5. Public Hearing/Motion: To consider a plan amendment for the project currently occurring at 5813 Surrey Street to remove 1 Tulip Poplar tree, along with reforestation, as recommended by the Town Arborist-7:45 6. Public Hearing/Motion: To consider adoption of a Resolution adopting a policy for Historic Area Work Permit review by the Town Council acting as the Local Advisory Panel to the Historic Preservation Commission-8:00 9. Public Hearing/Motion: To consider approval of an updated planting policy for Town-owned trees as recommended by the Town Attorney, Town Manager, and Parks and Natural Resources Committee-8:10 **10. Public Hearing/Motion: To consider approval of a proposal submitted by Sabra Wang and Associates, Inc. at cost of $3,848.00 to analyze the intersection of Warwick Lane and Cumberland Avenue. The Village of Drummond has committed to funding half the cost of this joint project-8:20 **11.
