The applicants are proposing the following:-7:50 -Construct a 2 % story addition in the rear of the house -Restore and extend the deck in the rear ofthe house -Restore the existing garage in the rear yard -Replace the existing driveway flare with a parking pad -Construct a stucco retaining wall along the new parking pad -Relocate the HVAC Units 12. Public Hearing/Motion: To consider a approval of a recommendation ofthe Town Council, acting as Local Advisory Panel to the Historic Preservation Commission on an application submitted by Rodd and Jodi Macklin, 4817 Dorset Avenue. The applicants are proposing the following:-8:00 -Construct new steps in the rear yard adjacent to the new accessory building addition -Rebuild two retaining walls adjacent to the narrower steps. -New limestone paving that will border a new gravel driveway -A new exposed gravel concrete parking area at the end of the gravel driveway 13.
