Approval of a 2015 Arbor Day Proclamation 2. Approval to set the bulk refuse pick-up date for May 4, 2015 3. Approval of the January 5, 2015 Council Meeting Minutes 4. Approval of the February 2, 2015 Council Minutes. Motion Zeughauser, Second Condos, to approve the Consent Agenda. Motion passed 5-0. "Where People Have Deep Roots and Grow Strong" Non Consent Agenda 5. Town Manager Charnovich provided the Council with the February Financial Report 6. The 5-year budget plan was presented and would be included as an insert in the Town Journal. 7. Approval of dumpster, building, curb, dumpster, 2 tree removal permits for 5607 Warwick Place and to include the contents of Larry Plummer and Tolbert Feather reports. Motion Peale, second Pickar, motion passed 5-0. 8. Approval of a 3-foot variance request from the front yard setback submitted for 4901 Dorset Avenue contingent upon the applicant installing the landscaping they have proposed. The variance meets the criteria in the Town Code section pertaining to variances. Motion Peale, second Zeughauser. Motion passed 5-0. 9. Approval oft building, shed, porch, generator, fence wall and tree removal permits for 4901 Dorset Avenue and to include the contents of Larry Plummer and Tolbert Feather reports. Motion Zeughauser, second Shaul, motion passed 5-0. 10. Approval by the Council acting as the Local Advisory Panel to the Historic Preservation Commission on a site plan amendment submitted by Sandy Spring Builders for 4712 Cumberland Avenue to construct a wall in the rear yard. Motion Zeughauser, second Shaul, motion passed 5-0. 11. Approval of a site plan amendment at 4511 Dorset Avenue confirming the construction of underground geo-thermal tanks. Motion Pickar, second Zeughauser. Motion passed 5-0. 12. Approval of a proposal submitted by Shorb Landscaping to convert the bench near the intersection of Wisconsin and Dorset Avenue to make it accessible at a cost of $3,087.79. Motion Zeughauser, second Condos. Motion passed 5-0. 13. Naming the private drive adjacent to the Town Hall in memory of former Mayor Walter Behr until was tabled until further information was obtained. 14. Naming the site at the rear of the Town Pool site in memory of former Council Member, Alan Proctor was tabled until further information was obtained. 15.
