Motion Shaul, second Pickar. Motion passed 5-0 to approve. 4. June Financial Report: Town Manager Charnovich provided the June Financial Report. 5. Confirmation approval of a HVAC Application for 4509 Dorset Avenue: Motion Shaul, second Zeughauser. Motion passed 5-0. 6. Confirmation approval of a HVAC Unit for 4901 Dorset Avenue: Motion Pickar, second Shaul. Motion passed 5-0. A Montgomery Counly, Maryland Municipality 7. 4901 Dorset Avenue HPC Application: Motion Condos, second Peale to make a recommendation oft the Council as the Local Advisory Panel to the HPC the following scope ofv work: dining addition on the south side oft the house, new fence on the west side, screened porch, small balcony, garden shed/garden wall at the rear of the house and installation of a generator. Motion passed 5-0. 8. 2.2-foot waiver request from the 25-foot front yard setback as submitted for 4800 Grantham Avenue: Motion Pickar, second Peale to approve the waiver for a new gabled roof as submitted. The variance will not have any adverse affects on the neighboring properties. Motion passed 5-0. 9. 4800 Grantham Avenue Building permit application to construct a small entryway at the front of the house and install a new roof: Motion Peale, second Zeughauser to approve the application and include Inspector Plummer and Dr. Feather's reports. Motion passed 5-0. 10. Site Plan modification for 5606 Warwick Place to install a fence on the sides and front ofthe property, new front walkway and retaining wall in the side yard: Motion Zeughauser, second Shaul. Motion passed 5-0. 11. Approval of funding in the amount of$15,995.79 for paving work to be paid to M.T. Laney: Motion Shaul, second Zeughauser. Motion passed 5-0. 12. Approval oft the removal oft the following two town trees as recommended by the Town Arborist, Tree 691 at 5407 Uppingham Street (27" Red Maple) and Tree 108 at 4910 Cumberland Avenue (23" Willow Oak). Motion Zeughauser, second Shaul. Motion passed 5-0. 13. Gail Werner, Somerset representative to the Bethesda Fire Board, was in attendance along with Nat Finkelstein to provide updates in relation to the Bethesda Fire Department. 14. The Mayor and Council discussed various aspects of the Memorial and Gift Donation policy. It was determined it would be considered for final approval at a later meeting. 15. Approval of a Resolution amending the fee for morning swim, setting it at $30.00 per resident, which takes place every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7 am to 8 am (June 16-July 25) as recommended by the Pool Committee. Approval of an invoice submitted by Balodemas Architects in the amount of $3,008.13 for services in relation to the Town Hall interior renovation project. Motion Zeughauser, second Pickar. Motion passed 5-0. 17. Mayor Slavin made his report available to the Council and public. 18.
