Approval of the September 6, 2016 Council Meeting Minutes 2. Approval ofthe November 7, 2016 Council Meeting Minutes 3. Approval to set the July, 2017 Council Meeting for Wednesday, July 5, 2017 due to the July 4 holiday. 4. Approval to set the September, 2017 Council Meeting for September 5, 2017 due to the Labor Day holiday. 5. Approval of a HVAC Unit at 5604 Surrey Street application to replace 1 unit 6. Appointment of Marnie Shaul, Council Vice President, to serve on the MMC TV Board. "Where People and Trees Have Deep Roots and Grow Strong" Non Consent Agenda 7. Jack Frink, audit committee member, was in attendance at the meeting representing the Committee. The audit committee met at 6:30 pm. Mr. Frink informed the Council the Audit Committee recommended unanimous approval. Motion Shaul, second Zeughauser to approve the FY16 audit as recommended by th Audit Committee. Motion passed 5-0. 8. Town Manager Charnovich presented the November, 2016 Financial Report. 9. Motion Shaul, second Zeughauser to adopt a Ceremonial Resolution honoring Norman Knopf for his many years of service to the Town of Somerset serving as Town Attorney. Motion passed 5-0. 10. Ed Mulheron, Mulheron Tree Experts, was in attendance to discuss winter season preparedness. 11. Motion Shaul, second Peale to approve the 2017 election date and time for Tuesday, March 21, 2017 from 5 pm to 9 pm in the Town Hall. Motion passed 5-0. 12. 4900 Falstone Avenue - Motion Zeughauser, second Condos to approve a permit to erect a shed in the rear yard. Motion passed 5-0. 13. 4823 Cumberland Avenue Motion Shaul, second Zeughauser to approve a plan amendment to the plan currently occurring at 4823 Cumberland Avenue to adjust to location of the driveway apron. Motion passed 5-0. 14. 5808 Warwick and 5810 Warwick retaining wall Historic Preservation Application - The applicants are requesting permission to repair the existing retaining wall between the two properties. This item is only being considered by the Local Advisory Panel at this point. Motion Shaul, second Condos, to make a recommendation to the Historic Preservation Commission as long as the final application for a building permit meets all the Town Code and County Code requirements. The complexities of repairing the wall in the property line were discussed, and it was noted that both property owners are in agreement this work needs completed. The applicant must also obtain a County permit first before applying to Somerset. Motion passed 5-0. 15. General Code Update - A brief discussion was held on the project including confirmation of the next dates for workshop meetings. Workshop meeting date and times are published on the email blast. 16.
