Non-Consent Agenda Approval ofthe purchasing OfLED 3000 lights to be used in the fixtures in the Town Hall. Motion Shaul, second Pickar. Motion passed 3-0-2 with Zeughauser and Condos abstaining. Town Manager Charnovich provided the December, 2013 Financial Report. A Montgomery County, Maryland Municipality Approval of an emergency HVAC Unit for 5534 Warwick Place contingent upon the unit passing the required noise levels. Motion Pickar, second Zeughauser. Approval of a site plan amendment for 4710 Falstone Avenue for the HVAC Unit to be installed at the north side of the house instead of the rear of the house that was previously approved. Motion Pickar, second Shaul. Motion passed 5-0. Approval of a reforestation plan amendment for 4710 Falstone Avenue to plant 2 canopy trees of a lesser caliper than 4"-5" that was previously approved. Motion Condos, second Peale. Town Enforcement Officer, Larry Plummer, provided an update on the construction project taking place at 5513 Uppingham Street. Approval of a proposal to remove the top of a Town tree located in the parkland at the rear of 5613 Warwick Place as recommended by the Town Arborist. Motion Pickar, second Shaul. Motion passed 5-0. PCO 14R in the amount of$3,210.00 to repair the existing first floor windows, replace cords, replace weights as needed to make windows operable and add trim at the ceiling of the meeting room was TABLED until further notice.
