Approval of the May 4, 2015 Council Meeting minutes. 2. Approval of a HVAC Unit replacement application submitted for 4600 Dorset Avenue. 3. Approval of a HVACI Unit replacement application submitted for 4715 Essex Avenue. Motion Zeughauser, second Pickar to approve the 3 items on the Consent Agenda. Motion passed 3-0. Non-Consent Agenda "Where People and Trees Have Deep Roots and Grow Strong" 4. Lila Snow, representative to the board of directors of Montgomery Municipal Cable Television/MMC-TV, was in attendance at the meeting to provide a report on the TV station. Lila would be providing an article for the Town Journal on the TV station. 5. Town Manager Charnovich presented the June, 2015 Financial Report 6. 5513 Trent Street application to install a deck: Motion Zeughauser, second Pickar, to approve the application to install a deck and to include the reports ofl Inspector Plummer and Dr. Feather. Motion passed 3-0. 7. 4712 Cumberland Avenue application to install a fence along the left property line and a small portion along the front property line: Motion Zeughauser, second Condos to approve. Motion passed 3-0. 8. 4905 Dorset Avenue application to construct screened porch, replace two HVAC Units, and a dumpster permit: Inspector Plummer pointed out the bay window was accidentally omitted from his report and should be included. Motion Condos, second Zeughauser to approve the permits including the reports ofl Inspector Plummer and Dr. Feather. Motion passed 3-0. 9. 4807 Dorset Avenue application to construct a two story addition, basement addition extend a terrace, two new HVAC Units, and a dumpster permit: Motion Condos, second Zeughauser to approve the permits not including the storage shed and to include the reports of Inspector Plummer and Dr. Feather. Motion passed 3-0. 10. Dorset Avenue Public Works Project: Motion Condos, second Pickar, to approve a cost overrun in the amount of $4,434.11 for additional field work that needed completed for the project. Motion passed 3-0. IOA.Extension for building permit at 4511 Dorset Avenue (not on original Agenda) until August 6, 2015. Motion Condos, second Zeughauser. Motion passed 3-0. 11. Removal ofthe following Town tree located in Capello Park near the intersection of Wisconsin and Dorset Avenue: 1 Twin Trunk Elm, 11" and 14" in diameter. Motion Pickar, second Zeughauser. Motion passed 3-0. 12. Proposals from from The Sanders Company ($5,261.12) and Oscar Decorators, Inc. ($1,680.00) to supply and install sliding glass doors in the Town Hall meeting room: Motion Zeughauser, second Pickar. 13. 5519 Trent Street permit fee waiver request for a Driveway Apron permit: The property owner at 5519 Trent Street was in attendance at the meeting to discuss the current Town policies and procedures pertaining to the issuance of Driveway Apron construction Permits. The submitted request was tabled until a further date SO further research could be completed. Motion Zeughauser, second Pickar. Motion passed 3-0 to table until a further date. 14. General Code Project Update - The Town still has not received the material for the next phase ofthe General Code update project. 15.
