Approval of the February 5, 2018 Closed Meeting Minutes 2. Approval of the Spring bulk pick-up date of May 7, 2018 3. Approval of a 2018 Arbor Day Proclamation Motion passed 5-0. Non Consent Agenda 4. Town Manager Charnovich discussed both the January financial and administrative reports. 5. 5415 Trent Street 1-foot setback variance in right side yard - Motion Zeughauser, second Shaul, to approve the variance. Final version of decision written by Town Attorney to be appended to the final minutes. Motion passed 5-0. "Where People and Trees Have Deep Roots and Grow Strong" 6. 5415 Trent Street 3.6 feet setback variance in the rear yard - It was identified that the variance request was a 5.2 feet variance in the rear yard. Motion Shaul, second Zeughauser to approve the variance, motion passed 5-0. Final version of decision written by Town Attorney to be appended to final minutes. 7. 5415 Trent Street 4.8 feet setback variance at the left side of the existing house (Uppingham Street side) - Motion Peale, second Condos to approve the variance. Motion passed 5-0. Final version of decision written by Town Attorney to be appended to final minutes. 8. 4901 Dorset Avenue HVAC unit permit request - Motion Shaul, second Zeughauser to approve the HVAC unit permit request. Motion passed 5-0. 9. Interior work in the Town Hall = Motion Zeughauser, second Shaul to authorize Balodemas Architects to go to bid for proposed interior and exterior work in the Town Hall. Motion passed 5-0. 10. Setting Tennis Court permit fee for 2018 - Motion Peale, second Zeughauser to set the tennis court fee per household for 2018 at $25.00 (no change from 2017). Motion passed 5-0. 11. Camp Summerset use of Tennis Courts for 2018 - Motion Zeughauser, Second Shaul, to approve the contract. Motion passed 5-0. 12. Camp Summerset use of Town Pool for 2018 - Motion Zeughauser, Second Shaul, to approve the contract. Council Member Condos asked that a copy of the contract be shared with the pool management company. Motion passed 5-0. 13. Adoption of 2018 Pool Rules - This item was tabled until the April Council Meeting, and an article would be submitted to the March 15 Town Journal. 14. Swim Team 2018 Budget - Nancy Jardini and Michael Roark, representatives from the Somerset Dolphins Swim Team, were in attendance to discuss their 2018 budget. 15. Letter to County Council on zoning text amendment related to telecommunications towers Motion Shaul, second Zeughauser to send a letter to the Montgomery County Council regarding the proposed zoning text amendment pertaining to small cell tower installation.
