Consideration and approval of payment in advance by Imperial Family Dentistry for $3,179.00 for the extraction of existing teeth and new dentures for inmate, Ronald Fultz, in Harrison County Jail due to his partial denture being damaged as requested by the Sheriff's Department - Jail that was brought forward for action by the Court pertaining to said agenda item on March 11, 2025. 2. Consideration and approval regarding payment in advance to Imperial Family Dentistry for $226.00 for exam X-rays for damaged front teeth and additional charges for the restoration front teeth for inmate, Tyson Smith, in Harrison County Jail as requested by the Sheriff' S Department - Jail that was brought forward for action by the Court pertaining to said agenda item on March 11, 2025. G. INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY: 1. Presentation by Charles Nenninger, IT Manager, on the update regarding the new Ring Central phone system for Harrison County. 2. Consideration and action regarding the approval of the designation of Charles Nenninger, IT Manager, as the web accessibility coordinator. H. NEW BUSINESS: 1. Consideration and approval of the Cypress Valley Navigation District 2024-2025 Annual Contract and authorization of payment in the amount allotted in the FY 2024-2025 Budget. 2. Consideration and action, subject to ratification, in Open Court, the approval of the contract between Harrison County and Triple R Management, LLC for the purchase by Harrison County of approximately 22.428 acres of the Marshall Nursing Home Subdivision, with said purchase of 22.428 acres being $49,000.00 with closing cost in the amount of$5,878.00 for a total purchase price ofapproximately $54,878.00. 3. Consideration and action, subject to ratification, in Open Court, the approval of the Discretionary Exemption of the purchase by Harrison County for approximately 22.428 acres of the Marshall Nursing Home Subdivision for approximately $54,878.00. 4. Consideration and action, subject to ratification, in Open Court, the approval of the payment of $500.00 as Earnest Money for the fee to escrow agent, Central Title Escrow regarding the purchase by Harrison County for approximately 22.428 acres of the Marshall Nursing Home Subdivision. 5. Consideration and action regarding the approval of the appointment of Zephaniah Timmins, Pct. 2 Commissioner to serve on a Steering Committee composed of officials and community leaders to help ensure the sustainability ofthe Marshall Depot and Amtrak station into the future. 6. Consideration and action to rescind Order # 2024-462 that approved the ILA with Harris County TXWARN radio system and to approve action to review, approve and execute the updated Interlocal Agreement between Harrison County and TxWARN (Harris County, Texas) Radio System to establish Harrison County as a "partner" instead of "user" only status. 7. Acknowledgement of the contract as presented by Donald Robinette, Elections Administrator between Emergency Service District 1 and Harrison County Elections Office for the purpose of conducting an election to be held May 3, 2025 for the adoption of sales and tax pursuant to Texas Health and Safety Code, Chapter 775.
