Call to Order Mayor Robert Smith called the meeting to order at 5:04 p.m. 2. Invocation Mayor Robert Smith gave the invocation. 3. Quorum Check Quorum Check was called by City Secretary Cheryl Everett. DISCUSSION AND ACTION to grant a variance of the RV Ordinance 20220217- 2 Sect. 4a. from the maximum of 5 to 14.85 acres for the proposed Shoemaker RV Park. Discussion: Sonny Hubbard with Pineywoods Sanitation presented the rate increase after not going up on rates for the past year. He asked for a .87 cent increase. Action: Councimember Terry Taliaferro moved to approve the Pineywoods Sanitation Rate by 87cents. Councilmember Frankie Ornduff seconded the motion. Five (5) for and none (0) opposed.
