REPEALING ALL OTHER ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT. THIS ORDINANCE IS TO TAKE EFFECT NOVEMBER 1, 2022. Marty Kimbrough made the motion to approve Ordinance 092022-28 - AN ORDINANCE AMENDING APPENDIX. A FEE SCHEDULE ARTICLE A2,000 MISCELLANEOUS FEES OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF HUBBARD, TEXAS. REPEALING ALL OTHER ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT and Ordinance taking effect on November 1, 2022; seconded by Roger Lynch. The vote was 5 to 0. Motion carried. K. Hill County Emergency Services District No. 1 City Volunteer Fire Department Service Provider Agreement Wayne Taylor made the motion to approve the agreement with Hill County Emergency Services District No.1; seconded by Simone Johnson. Municipal Pool Lease Agreement and advertise for qualified personnel to operate and maintain the Pool. REPORTS Jason Patrick reported 140 calls for service, 14 CPS cases; renovated the Police office with new donated furniture and hired Officer Casey Schreiber. Mr. Patrick also reported a city-wide cleanup will be October 8th and RAF will not be available to help all day but high school seniors might be able to assist; grease trap installed at Wild Boar Hog plant and Nexlink installing fiber optic. In regards to the Multi- Housing project, grant consultant discovered the railroad property belongs to HEDC and documents will be prepared to release the property to the city. Larry Hawthorne reported the following on the Wheatley Recreation Center: 274 food give away to families; installed hand free paper towel dispensers and hand sanitizers; purchased prohibited signs; Parsons Roofing will do inspection of roof and fix minor repairs for leaks and the board drafted a revised rental agreement for the Center. Wil Geltmeier reported the department been waiting a year on the ESD contract and was revised by ESD 1 adding the department will be 1st responders. V.
