Carlos Gonzalez then nominated Commissioner Lucero Homero. Discussion followed by Commissioner Woodrow Bare nominating Commissioner Homero Lucero to be the Vice Chairman to the CSC Board. No other nominations were made, Commissioner Homero Lucero accepted the nomination.
