Approve the Closing of: a) N. Railroad St. from the School to FM 390 & from FM 390 to the Post Office Drop Box and b) W. Texas Street be blocked on the west side of N. Railroad St. (diverting Los Patrones traffic to exit going west on W. Texas St.) for Trick or Treat Trail on October 29, 2022 from 6 to 8pm.
