In accordance with Texas Open Meetings Act, the Commission cannot act on items not listed on the agenda. There were no citizens to be heard. 002 Staff review of the cases that were heard by City Council in the last sixty (60) days. CONSENT AGENDA 003 Consider the minutes for the Planning and Zoning Commission meeting dated: October 15, 2024 004 Consider and act upon a request for a Final Plat of Westside Preserve Sec. 1B, being +31.761 acres out of the J Stewart Survey, Abstract No. 961, Cuadrilla Irrig. Co. Survey, Abstract No. 1204 and Abstract No. 262, City of Midlothian, Ellis County, Texas. The property is generally located north of Old Fort Worth Rd. and south of U.S. Highway 287. The property is presently zoned Planned Development-146 (PD- 146 - Westside Preserve Planned Development). (Case No. FP10-2024- 114) Staff presented the consent agenda and welcomed questions from the Commissioners. Commissioner Altman moved to approve consent agenda as presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Skinner and carried unanimously (7-0). REGULAR AGENDA 005 Consider and act upon a request to adopt the 2025 regular scheduled meeting dates for the Planning & Zoning Commission. (Case No. M11-2024-116) Staff presented the consent agenda and welcomed questions from the Commissioners. Commissioner Hill moved to approve consent agenda as presented. Planning & Zoning Commission Minutes Tuesday November 19th, 2024 PUBLIC HEARINGS 006 Conduct a public hearing and consider and act upon an ordinance for a Specific Use Permit (SUP) for a "secondary dwelling" relating to the use and development of Lot 29, Block G, of Four Trees Estates, commonly known as 4010 Underwood Lane, City of Midlothian, Ellis County, Texas. The property is presently zoned Planned Development 77 (PD-77) District and is located on 1.61 acres. (SUP16-2024-77) CONTINUED TO THE 12/17/2024 PZ MIEETING 007 Conduct a public hearing and consider and act upon an ordinance amending the City of Midlothian Zoning Ordinance, by further amending the development and use of 1.429 acres out ofthe M.E.P. & P. Railroad Company Survey, Abstract No. 761 and located in the Community Retail ("CR") area of Planned Development District 146 (PD-146); by granting a Specific Use Permit for a gasoline station with retail sales. Hinkley Survey, Abst. No. 459, presently zoned Light Industrial (LI) District; (2) 53.63t acres out of the W.M. Hawkins Survey, Abst. No. 465, presently zoned Light Industrial (LI) District; (3) 32.289 acres out of the W.M. Hawkins Survey, Abst. No. 465 and the B. Monroe Survey, Abst. No. 700, presently zoned Agricultural (A) District; (4) 67.7456t acres out of] H.F. Hinkley Survey, Abst.
