Council agreed and the Mayor moved the item to the May meeting. Wes Savage gave the Water Report in Janet Boone's absence and stated that everything is good. Wes informed the Council that 1 new water tap had been put in; ai new booster pump would be needed and hopefully would last until the project in the Well Yard could begin; the sewer line on FM 3060 had been jetted; somehow there is infiltration into the sewer on FM 247. Wes stated that the repeated infiltration on FM 247 is one of the reasons that, after the Well Yard project is mostly completed, he would like to have Sean look at the Sewer System. The Sewer System has not had any significant work done to it since it was put in. Debra Newkirk reminded Council that Early Voting was going on at City Hall and the hours of voting and reminded Council that on Election Day voters would be able to participate in the City Election as well as the School Board Election.
