EXECUTIVE SESSION: The City Council will adjourn into a closed session pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Opens Meeting Act to consult with the City Attorney and pursuant to Section 551.074 to deliberate on personnel matters; Following the closed session, the Council will reconvene into open session. 18. Adjournment. The Council may recess this meeting and conduct a closed meeting with regard to any subject, whether or not the subject is listed in this agenda, to the full extent allowed by the Texas Open Meetings Act, provided that the presiding officer during the open meeting will announce that a closed meeting will be held and will identify the sections of the act or subjects of the act under which the closed meeting will be held.
