All agenda items are subject to action. The City Council reserves the right to meet in closed session on any agenda item should the need arise and if applicable pursuant to authorization ofTitle 5, Chapter 551 ofthe Texas Government Code. The applicants are Antony and Susan Redpath. b. Take action as a result of the public hearing V. NEW ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION AND APPROPRIATE ACTION (Citizens have the right to speak on scheduled agenda items when that agenda item is being considered by the Council. Discuss and authorize the submittal of a 2025 TxCDBG Downtown Revitalization Program (DRP) application to the Texas Department of Agriculture, agreeing to comply with programmatic requirements and committing matching funds. b.
