Judge Elliott asked for proof of posting and the same was affirmed. by Elizabeth Perez, County Clerk, on the North and South door and the bulletin board. Commissioner Willberg was not present for the meeting. 2. Public comments. No public comments. 3. Elected official reports. Commissioner Wuebker stated that she is waiting for Rusty to get back with her to see when we can do the electronic clean-up day. 4. Discussion and/or action concering American Rescue Plan. Jeff. Jackson, Road and Bridge Administrator, stated the bridge on CR 211 will be started mid-May. 5. Falls County 4-HAccomplishments: Grand Champion Market Steer San Antonio Livestock Show. Georgia Tusa and Grand Champion Market Goat, Cayson Newell. Recognized Georgia Tusa and Cayson Newell for their accomplishments at the San Antonio Livestock Show. 6. Discussion and/or action concerning Falls County WaterSMART grant application and hiring Lockwood, Andrew & Newnam, Inc. (LAN). Commissioner Green made a motion to approve hiring Lockwood, Andrew & Newnam, Inc. (LAN). Commissioner Albright seconded; motion carried. 7. Discussion and/or action concerning Falls County's Investment Policy and resolution. Commissioner Green made a motion to approve the annual renewal of the Falls County Investment Policy and Resolution. Commissioner Albright seconded; motion carried. 8. Discussion and/ Yor action concerning Proposition SJR 64/Senate Bill 1145. Will bring back to the next meeting on April 22, 2024. 9. Discussion and/or action concerning county investments. Sheryl Pringle, County Treasurer, stated that two CDs were cashed in to cover the Chilton Annex building and bridges. Sheryl recommends that we renew two Budget Stabilization CDs for $243,000 and $15,000, invest $373,000 Pilot Program Revenue for 6-9 months and invest $105,000 Excess Sales Tax Revenue for 6 months. Commissioner Wuebker made a motion to approve the recommendations of Sheryl Pringle to invest and renew the CD's. Commissioner Green seconded; motion carried. 10. Discussion and/or action concerning Advocacy Center. Since there is currently no Advocacy Center in Falls County, Judge Elliott is allowing them to use some of the rooms in the Courthouse Annex. 11. Discussion and/or action concerning Chilton Annex security system. Commissioner Wuebker made a motion to approve Guardian Security Solutions to install the security system at the Chilton Annex building. Commissioner Green seconded; motion carried. 12. Discussion and/or action conceming SB22. (DA, Sheriff. and Constable). Discussion and information only. Will bring back to commissioner' s court on April 22, 2024. 13. Review and discussion of Road and Bridge precinct work reports. including Administrator's progress report. Jeff Jackson, Road and Bridge Administrator, gave a report for the Road and Bridge department. 14. Discussion and/or action concerning the approving of payment of bills. including reimbursements. late charges. the transfer of cash or funds from any line item or departments to another. book transfers and any budget amendments: including but not limited to discussion and action conceming department or non-departmental items with line items that go past their budgeted amounts. Commissioner Green made a motion to approve the payment of all bills, payroll, and budget amendments. Commissioner Albright seconded; motion carried. 15. Approval ofminutes of prior meetings ofCommissioner's Court. Will make correction and bring back to next commissioner's court. 16.
