Following discussion, Commissioner Green moved to send to all those organizations approved to receive funds for this program and who had not yet completed the submission of required reports the letter presented.; Commissioner Willberg seconded. The motion was approved unanimously. 5.Public Meeting: Presentation of TWDB FIF Report. 6.Discussion and/or action concerning Marlin Circle TTravel Center Tax Abatement and water. Following discussion of the request for 100% abatement from the owners of the proposed travel center, and the needs for a lift station, Commissioner Green made a motion to offer an abatement of 75% for the first 5 and 25% for the remaining five years of their pilot program. Commissioner Albright seconded the years motion. Commissioner Wuebker was the only dissenting vote. 7.Discussion concerning April 2"4 public sale. Judge Elliott introduced information that the April 2, 2024, public tax sale had resulted all sales of more than the preliminary amount requested. 8.Discussion and/action concerning Guardian Security Solutions service agreement. FA Green moved to approve the service agreement; Commissioner Albright seconded. The motion carried unanimously, 9.Discussion and/or action concerning free dental clinic in Chilton. Judge Elliott noted that although being held in Chilton, the dental clinic is open to all Falls County residents. are requesting the use of aj portable generator to operate the equipment in their van. Judge Elliott will ascertain the size of generator question that will be required and get back to the Court next month. 10. Discussion and/or action conceming proposal for professional design services for Falls on the Brazos Park. Following a discussion of the proposed changes desired for the park, and information regarding the grants requested, Commissioner Wuebker moved to accept the proposal as presented.
