Started executive session at 9:41 a.m., and back in regular session at 10:00 a.m. Commissioner Green made a motion to hire Lindsy Baize as our buyer's agent to make an offer on the property at 111 6" Street, Chilton, Texas. Commissioner Albright seconded; motion carried. 5. Discussion and/or action concerning American Rescue Plan. Judge Elliott stated that Jim Hanks came by and signed for the two bridges that were completed. 6. Discussion and/or action conceming Hrabal Addition Plat. Commissioner Wuebker made a motion to approve the Hrabal Addition Plat. Commissioner Willberg seconded; motion carried. 7. Discussion and/or action concerning approving county officials" bonds. Commissioner Albright made a motion to approve the county officials' bonds. Commissioner Wuebker seconded; motion carried. 8. Discussion and/or action concerning quarterly investment report. Sheryl Pringle presented the quarterly investment report. Commissioner Willberg made a motion to accept the quarterly investment report. Commissioner Albright seconded; motion carried. 9. Discussion and/or action concerning Onsite Preventative Maintenance on clection machincs. Commissioner Green made a motion to approve. the payment for Onsite Preventative Maintenance on the election machines. Commissioner Albright seconded; motion carried. 10. Discussion and/or action concerning Tax Assessor-Collector continuing education transcript. Commissioner Wuebker made a motion to accept the Tax Assessor Collectors continuing education transcript. Commissioner Albright seconded; motion carried. 11. Discussion and/or action concering Resolution Approving VOCA Grant #4240504. Commissioner Green made a motion to approve the Resolution for VOCA Grant #4240504. Commissioner Willberg seconded; motion carried. 12. Commissioner Wuebker seconded; motion carried. 13. Discussion and/or action concerning Blevins Solar road use agrecment. Will bring back to Commissioners Court on January 22, 2024. 14. Review and discussion of Road and Bridge precinct work reports. including Administrator's) progress report. Jeff. Jackson, Road and Bridge Administrator, gave a report on the Road and Bridge Department. Jeff stated that the state would like to be involved in the road use agreements. Jeff stated that the employees of road and bridge must obtain their driving record and would like the county to reimburse the fee to the employees. Commissioner Albright made a motion to reimburse the road and bridge employees for the driving record. Commissioner Green seconded; Commissioner Albright withdrew his motion and Commissioner Green withdrew his second. 15. Discussion and/or action conceming the approving ofpayment of bills. including reimbursements late charges. the transfer of cash or funds from any line item or departments to another. book transfers and any budget amendments: including but not limited to discussion and action concerning department or non-departmental items with linc items that go past their budgeted amounts. Commissioner Albright made a motion to approve the payment of all bills, payroll, and budget amendments. Commissioner Wuebker scconded; motion carried. 16.
