Judge Elliott asked for proof of posting and the same was affirmed by Elizabeth Perez, County Clerk, on the north and south door and the bulletin board. 2. Public comments. No comments. 3. Elected official reports. Judge Elliott wanted to share how many people have used google to search the County Clerk's office, Commissioner Wuebker stated that we received the grant for the park to repair the park area. There is not an answer for the boat ramp grant yet. 4, Discussion and/or action concerning American Rescue Plan. Jeff Jackson, Road and Bridge Administrator, stated that Yoder finished the bridge on CR 493. They are waiting on Jim Hanks to come inspect it. The state came and inspected and the timber bridge on CR 402 needs to be replaced. The bridge on CR 347 is the next to start around the 19Hh. 5. Discussion and/or action concerning SWA renewal with RSL (formerly Folkerson). Will move to the March 11, 2024, agenda. 6. Discussion and/or action concerning Constable Pct. 3's racial profiling report js exempt: agency does not routinely make traffic stops. Constable Pct. 3 does not routinely make traffic stops; therefore, the racial profiling report is exempt. 7. Discussion and/or action concerning Constable Pct. 2's racial profiling report. Commissioner Green made a motion to accept Constable Pct. 2 racial profiling report. Commissioner Albright seconded; motion carried. 8. Discussion and/or action concerning approval ofthe ARTS annual renewal agreement through Texas Association ofCounties. Commissioner Green made a motion to approve the ARTS annual renewal agreement through Texas Association of Counties. Commissioner Willberg seconded; motion carried. 9, Discussion and/or action concerning panic system inoperability. Commissioner Albright made a motion to go forward with the Emergency Management request. Commissioner Wuebker seconded; motion carried. IO. Discussion and/or action concering approval of Sheriff's truck lease. Commissioner Wuebker made a motion to approve the Sheriff's truck lease with the addition of steps for the trucks. Commissioner Green seconded; motion carried. 11. Discussion and/or action concerning Southern Health Partners. Commissioner Green made a motion to accept the Southern Health Partners agreement. Commissioner Albright seconded; motion carried. 12. Discussion and/or action concerning opening bids for ww ID memorial concrete work. The county did not receive any bids or proposals for the concrete work. 13. Discussion and/or action concerning Highway 7Truckstop. Discussion only. 14. Discussion and/or action concerning resolution to apply for Grant Assistance under Rural Business Development Grant (RBDG). Commissioner Green made a motion to accept the resolution for Grant Assistance under Rural Business Development Grant (RBGD). Commissioner. Albright seconded; motion carried. 15. Discussion and/or action concerning Road & Bridge uniform contract. Steve Sharp, ADA, stated that he has numbers that he wants to go over with Judge Elliott regarding the Road and Bridge uniform contract. After they discuss, it will be put on the agenda. Commissioner Green made a motion to reset until next meeting agenda. Commissioner Albright seconded; motion carried. 16. Review and discussion of Road and Bridge precinct work reports. including Administrator's progress report. JeffJ Jackson, Road and Bridge Administrator, gave a report for the Road and Bridge Department. 17. Discussion and/or action conceming the approving of payment ofbills. including reimbursements. late charges. the transfer of cash or funds from any line item or departments to another. book transfers and any budget amendments: including but not limited to discussion and action concerning department or non-departmental items with line items that gor past their budgeted amounts. Commissioner Green made a motion to approve the payment ofa all bills, budget amendments and payroll. Commissioner Albright seconded; motion carried. 18. Approval ofi minutes ofj prior meetings of Commissioner's Court. Commissioner Wuebker made a motion to approve the minutes oft the prior meeting. Commissioner Willberg seconded; motion carried. 19.
