Proofofp posting ofr notice in accordance with the provisions of Title 5, Chapter 551. Govemment Code (Vernon's Texas Codes Ann. 1994) as amended. known as the Texas Open Meetings Act. Judge Elliott asked for proof of posting and the same was affirmed by Elizabeth Perez, County Clerk, on the north and south door and the second-floor bulletin board. 2. Public comments. No public comments. 3. Elected official reports. No elected official reports. 4. Discussion and/or action concerning American Rescue Plan. Nothing at this time. 5. Discussion and/or action concerning county inventory. Shery! Pringle, County Treasurer, states that she is still waiting on some of the inventories. 6. Discussion and/or action concerning interlocal agreement with the City ofGolinda. Commissioner Wuebker made a motion to accept the interlocal agreement with the City ofGolinda Commissioner Green seconded; motion carried. 7. Discussion and/or action concerning Southern Health Partners. Commissioner Albright made a motion to approve Southem Health Partners. Commissioner Green seconded; motion carried. 8. Discussion and/or action concerning quotes on sound system forl District Courtroom. Judge Elliott stated that Judy, Court Reporter, is having trouble hearing in the district courtroom, therefore they are wanting to get quotes for a new sound system. There was one quote, but it was not suflicient. The quote needs to be itemized. 9. Discussion and/or action concerning approving county official's bond. Commissioner Albright made a motion to approve the one county official's bond. Commissioner Green seconded; motion carried. 10. Discussion and/or action concering adopting dates for 2025 Commissioners Court. Commissioner Green made a motion to approve the 2025 Commissioners Court dates for the 20d and 4* oft the month unless it falls on a federal holiday, then it will be the Tuesday following. Commissioner Albright, Monday Willberg, and Wuebker seconded; motion carried. II. Discussion and/or action conceming interlocal agréement with Limestone County to house inmates. Do not have an interlocal agreement at this time. 12. Discussion and/or action concerning Rodeo Springs Addition plat. Have not received anything at this time. 13. Review and discussion ofl Road and Bridge precinct work reports. including Administrator's progress report. No Road and Bridge report. 14. Discussion and/or action concerning the approving ofpayment of bills. including reimbursements. late charges, the transfer of cash or funds from any line item or departments to another, book transfers and any budget amendments: including but not limited to discussion and action concerning department or non-departmental items with line items that go past their budgeted amounts. Commissioner Green made a motion to approve the payment of all bills, budget amendments, and payroll. Commissioner Albright seconded; motion carried. 15. Approval of minutes of prior meetings ofCommissioner's Court. Commissioner Wuebker made a motion to approve the minutes of the prior meeting. Commissioner Albright seconded; motion carried. 16.
