Motion Rainaldi/Riley to continue the item to the March 11, 2025 City Council meeting for the developer and labor union to continue the dialogue to discuss their concerns. Motion by Fung/Riley to adopt the Millbrae Parking Management Plan and direct staff to implement the following recommendations: Immediately pursue amendments to the municipal code Design the system for the preparation and release of an RFP Work with Millbrae Chamber of Commerce to relocate the Farmers' Market Prepare an RFP for a qualified parking consultant to analyze the Farmers Market parking lot for the feasibility of a potential parking structure/mixed use development (residential/retail) Conduct robust community outreach to local businesses, property owners, downtown residents, and residents of Districts 2, 3, and 5.
