Windsor, NY. As per our conversation, the proposed subdivision was presented to the Town of Windsor Planning Board on Wednesday, February 26, 2025. After review, the proposed subdivision, as presented, is to be considered a minor subdivision as defined in the Town of Windsor Code and shall be reviewed by the Town of Windsor Code Enforcement Officer. As the survey submitted meets or exceeds the present lot sizes and road frontage requirements as defined for in an Agricultural Zoned Area, the subdivision or lot line adjustments have been approved as submitted. This correspondence shall serve as the zoning compliance letter as required. This letter in addition to a copy of the survey and drawings that were approved should be submitted to the Broome County Clerk for filing.
