Meeting of the Fulton County Commissioners Tuesday, May 28, 2019 8:30 a.m. at the Commissioners' Office Present: Commissioner Ulsh, Commissioner McCray and Commissioner Lynch Others Present: Paula Shives, Penny Shives, Rebecca Kendall, Tammy Cook, Rodney Mellott and Sid McConahy Commissioner Ulsh opened the meeting with a moment of silent prayer and recited the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag. Motion by Commissioner Lynch to approve the minutes of the May 21, 2019 meeting. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner McCray to approve the accounts payable dated May 24, 2019 in the amount of $114,943.31. All in favor. Julia Dovey-Director, Fulton County Family Partnership regarding: Krivak Trust Committee Charter was presented as well as Guidelines for use of Krivak Trust Funding. To date, Milestone Wellness has submitted an application. Fulton County representation on the Committee includes: Julia Dovey- Director of Human Services Director, Beverly Ragan-IDD Consumer Parent and Lori Young-Franklin Fulton IDD Program Specialist. Mrs. Dovey also updated the Board on the Perform Care Funds, Human Services Block Grant and the Medical Assistance Transportation Update. Motion by Chairman Ulsh to go into Executive Session at 9:30 a.m. All in favor. Motion by Chairman Ulsh to exit Executive Session at 9:45 a.m. All in favor. No action was taken as a result of this session. The Commissioners met with Stanley Kerlin-County Solicitor regarding the Computer Network Policy and an ongoing bail bond issue. Motion by Commissioner Lynch to approve the Modified McConnell Park Lease Agreement Modification between the County of Fuiton and Randy Bunch for church revival services in the park. The extension of dates includes May 30th and May 31st. All in favor. The Commissioners met with Brian Barton-EMA/9-1-1 Director, Sidney McConahy-Mission Critical Partners Inc., Rodney Mellott, MVFC and Tammy Cook-Medic 60 regarding 9-1-1 follow-up discussion on Emergency Dispatching.
