Motion by Commissioner Shives to amend the agenda to include the following items: Purchase of Service Agreement-Family Care Services, Inc.; MATP Participation Grant Agreement & Assurance of Compliance; 2023 Annual Required Retirement Contribution. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Shives to approve the Commissioners' Minutes of the July 25, 2023 meeting. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Bunch to approve the Accounts Payables dated July 31, 2023 in the amount of $127,132.51. All in favor. All in favor. Motion to appoint Deborah Tucker and Erin Glenn to the Franklin/Fulton Mental Health/Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities/Early Intervention Advisory Board for a term of three years, effective July 2023 through July 2026. All in favor. Commissioners reviewed and approved a Travel Request Form for Coroner Berley Souders and Deputy Coroner Brian Barton to attend the State Coroner's Association Annual Conference September 20-21, 2023. 234 Motion by Commissioner Bunch to approve a Purchase of Service Agreement between Family Care Services, Inc. and Fulton County Commissioners for Fulton County Services for Children, effective July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024. All in favor. Commissioners met with Building and Maintenance Director Brad Seville to do a walkthrough in the downstairs ofthe Neighborhood Services Building to see completed renovations related to departmental transitioning. Commissioners met with John Schriever, Sideling Hill Financial, to review the Krivak Trust Account. Commissioners met with Executive Development Director for Fulton County Family Partnership, Julie Dovey and James Eagler, Administrator for Franklin/Fulton Drug & Alcohol to review options for utilization of the Opioid Settlement Funds. Dovey presented the Commissioners with a handout explaining the Requested Use of Funds. Motion by Commissioner Shives to approve the proposed plan as presented by Executive Development Director for Fulton Family Partnership Julie Dovey and Administrator for Franklin/Fulton Drug & Alcohol James Eagler for Requested Use of Funds for Opioid Settlement Funds to include: Narkit/Noloxbox Installation (Estimated cost of $9,750), Medically Assisted Treatment Start-Up (Cost of $39,751.78) and Recovery to Employment Planning Initiative (Cost of $30,000). All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Ulsh to approve the Medical Assistance Transportation Program (MATP) Participation Grant Agreement & Assurance of Compliance certifying that the County of Fulton on August 1, 2023 agrees to participate in the program and will comply with the requirements listed in the agreement.
