Meeting of the Fulton County Commissioners - Tuesday, March 6, 2018 8:30 a.m. at the Commissioners' Office Present: Commissioner Ulsh, Commissioner McCray and Commissioner Lynch The Commissioners opened their meeting with prayer and recited the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. Motion by Commissioner Lynch to approve the minutes of the Tuesday, February 27, 2018 meeting. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner McCray to approve the Accounts Payable dated March 5, 2018 in the amount of $24,866.99. All in favor. Motion Commissioner McCray, Seconded by Commissioner Lynch to have the Chief Assessor submit for Clean and Green Rollback Taxes to Big Bite Real Estate LLC. Chairman Ulsh abstained. The Commissioners held a Retirement Board Meeting. Those minutes will be included in a separate Minute Book. Motion by Commissioner Ulsh to approve payment to Wells Township for their encumbered Liquid Fuels Funds for 2016-2017 in the amount of 1,843.24. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Lynch to approve Application for Burial Expenses of a Deceased Service Person, Julian Shanholtz in the amount of $100. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner McCray to approve endorsement of a Letter of Support for the Fulton County Family Partnership's submission of the 2017/2018 Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Local Initial Funding Application. All in favor. Along with that Application, a motion was made by Commissioner McCray authorizing Chairman Ulsh to endorse the JAG Local Jurisdiction Waiver. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Lynch authorizing Chairman Ulsh to endorse the Training Services Agreement between SEDA-Council of Governments and the County of Fulton. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Ulsh to approve the purchase of flags from Flag Zone to mark the graves of Military Veterans buried in Fulton County in the amount of $1,904.40. All in favor. Due to schedule conflicts, the Board will have their Safety Committee meeting on March 13th at 10:30 a.m. rather than March 20th. Motion by Commissioner Lynch to endorse the Tax Levy and Appropriation Resolution #2 of 2018. All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Lynch to adjourn the meeting at 11:45 a.m. All in favor.
