Consider action approving the purchase of firefighter personal protective equipment (PPE). Consider action to approve a resolution authorizing the purchase of firefighter personal protective equipment (PPE) from Casco Industries, Inc., through a BuyBoard Cooperative Contract in the amount of $542,989.42; authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute all necessary documents to effectuate said purchase. 6G. Consider action approving the purchase of fire apparatus maintenance and repair services. Consider action to approve a resolution ratifying the fourth and final one-year renewal option of the unit price agreement with Metro Fire Apparatus Specialists Inc., for the purchase of fire apparatus Page 2 of 3 maintenance and repair services, in an amount not to exceed $150,000; authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute all necessary documents to effectuate said purchase. 6H. Consider action approving a resolution establishing the Community Service Grant Program and adopting a policy and application process therefor. Consider action to adopt a resolution approving and authorizing the City Manager to execute a first amendment to the development agreement with Trail Creek Partners, LTD., relating to the Trails at Cottonwood Creek development. 7B. Consider action to approve an ordinance granting a request by QuikTrip Corporation on behalf of property owner Avalon Bayside, LLC, for a Major Warrant for a Convenience store with gas pumps and associated warrants on property zoned Form-Based Urban Village (FB-UV) District. The 2.1327-acre property is located at the southwest corner of Dalrock Road and Sunset Boulevard, described as a portion of Block B, Lot 1R, of Avalon Retail Development in the City of Rowlett, Dallas County, Texas. 7C.
