Discussion and possible action to re-examine the Freeland Turk recommendation regarding Advance Warning indicators for Speed Cushions. Council Member Debra Hines moves to approve road striping in front of the newly installed speed cushions per the design of Freeland Turk found on page twelve of packet. Seconded by Council Member Krista Richardson. Motion failed by show of hands 0-4-0 Council Member Debra Hines moves to approve and install two reflectors per cushion facing oncoming traffic on all speed cushions. Seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Chrys Grummert. Mayor Pro Tem Chrys Grummert amends to use three reflectors instead of two to place facing oncoming traffic for warning in front of ail newly installed speed cushions. Seconded by Council member Debra Hines. Motions passed by show of hands 3-2-0 Mayor Jeff Rasco votes to break tie Debra amends to make the three reflectors in a line. Seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Chrys Grummert. Motions fails by show of hands 1-3-0 Main motion as amended will state to install three reflectors per cushion facing oncoming traffic on all newly installed speed cushions. Council Member Debra Hines moves to adopt a resolution creating an FMLA policy for the City of Woodcreek. Seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Chrys Grummert. Motion passed by show of hands 4-0-0 5. Discussion and possible action to exempt City Secretary, Kari Lebkuecher, from the City of Woodcreek FMLA Policy Eligibility requirements.
