Discuss, consider and possible action on purchasing a storage building for the City Barn to house the backhoe. 10. Discuss, consider and possible action on the utility billing clerk job description. 11. Discuss, consider and possible action on the Economic Development Corporation: PAYMIENT OF MAINTENANCE AND OPERATING COSTS; ELECTION. (a) The costs of a publicly owned and operated project purchased or constructed under this chapter include the maintenance and operating costs of the project. a. Roof repairs at 1400 Patman Drive (PCI Building-presentation by Mike Steed seeking approval to move forward. b. Roof repairs at 1506 Patman Drive (K&B Steel Building)-The Economici Development Board voted to do the roof repairs up to $40,000.00 and to allow K & B Steel to continue renting the building for 10 months then give K&B Steel the building during which time the Economic Development Corporation would do no more building repairs. 12. EXECUTIVE SESSION PURSUANT TO THE FOLLOWING DESINGATED SECTIONS OF THE TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE, ANNOTATED, CHAPTER 551, SUBCHAPTER D, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLARKSVILLE WILL ENTER INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION TO DISCUSS THE FOLLOWING: a.
