You may bid on the following: Emulsified Asphalt, per gallon, (CRS-2) at the Plant and delivered to Runnels County. Delivered price is for full truck load quantities and will not include pump or demurrage. CRS-2 asphalt must be at 170 to 187 degrees. Specify on amount of gallons. Bid on asphalt to be effective until April 30, 2026. The bids will be presented on April 8, 2025, during the regular session of the Runnels County Commissioners in the Runnels County Courthouse.
