On a motion made by Commissioner Vera and seconded by Commissioner Guerra that we approve minutes of the Regular Meeting of January 2025. Motion carried with all members voting "Aye" and Against" none. 5. On a motion made by Commissioner Vera and seconded by Commissioner Perez that we approve payment of bills. Motion carried with all members voting "Aye" and "Against" none. 6. No line items/budget amendments. 7. On a motion made by Commissioner Vera and seconded by Commissioner Perez that we approve the auction proceed of $30,093.15 to be allocated in the Pct. #2- Road Construction (Commissioner Pct. 2 -Adalberto Vera) Motion carried with all members voting "Aye" and "Against" none. 9. On a motion made by Commissioner Guerra and seconded by Commissioner Perez that we approve the following Resolution for Grant for Justice of Courts Truancy Prevention Program. On a motion made by Commissioner Perez and seconded by Commissioner Vera that we approve Ramirez Common School District to seek bids from Bank Institutions. Motion carried with all members voting "Aye" and Against" none. 11. On a motion made by Commissioner Guerra and seconded by Commissioner Perez that we approve and accept the recommendations for re-appointment to Duval County Historical Commission for the Fiscal Year 2025-2026. Motion carried with all members voting "Aye" and Against" none. 12. On motion made by Commissioner Perez and seconded by Commissioner Vera that we award the purchasing of the seal bids for 2014 International Dump Truck from Judco - Art's Trucks and Equipment for Precinct 1. Motion carried with all members voting "Aye" and "Against" none. 13. On a motion made by Commissioner Perez and seconded by Commissioner Guerra that we approve the Falfurrias Police Dept./Duval County Sheriff's Office Interlocal Agency Agreement. Motion carried with all members voting "Aye" and "Against" none. 14. On a motion made by Commissioner Perez and seconded by Commissioner Guerra that we approve donation to Community. Action Corporation of South Texas of County owned land in Benavides, Texas to serve as the site for a new Benavides Community Health Center. Motion carried with all members voting "Aye" and "Against" none. 15. On a motion made by Commissioner Vera and seconded by Commissioner Guerra that we approve surety bonds for Director of Duval County Elderly Nutrition Program, Melissa Villegas-Payrol Clerk, Monica Longoria-Auditor and Election Administrator. Motion carried with all members voting Aye" and Against" none. 16. On a motion made by Commissioner Perez and seconded by Commissioner Vera that we approve the Texas Youth Diversion Plan and Early Intervention Act (HB31860); requires every Justice and Municipal Court to adopt and implement a written, strategized Juvenile Diversion Plan- for Justice of the Peace Pct. 1; Justice of the Peact Pct. 2; Justice of the Peace Pct. 3 and Justice of the Peace Pct.4. Motion carried with all members voting "Aye" and "Against" none. 17. On a motion made by Commissioner Guerra and seconded by Commissioner Perez that we approve the renewal contract with Docket-Quartz Cloud for the following office. County Clerk, County Attorney, County Judge, Adult Probation and Sheriff's Office in the amount of $16,083.00, First year and $13,320.00 for the second year. On a motion made by Commissioner Guerra and seconded by Commissioner Vera that we accept Proclamation declaring a State of Disaster for Duval County from Governor Greg Abbott. Motion carried with all members voting "Aye" and "Against" none. 19. On a motion made by Commissioner Guerra and seconded by Commissioner Perez that we accept Resolution amending Duval County personnel policies by adding office of the Governor requirement to Policy 2A-6: Timesheets for correct use of activity codes and requirements for 100% Grant funded personnel. Motion carried with all members voting "Aye" and Against" none. 20. On a motion made by Commissioner Vera and seconded by Commissioner Perez that we authorize the Application and Acceptance of funds from the Office of the Governor to fund the Duval = 2024 Operation Stone Garden (OPSG-FY-24) grant for the 2025-2026 funding cycle. 21. On a motion made by Commissioner Guerra and seconded by Commissioner Perez to accept a Resolution of the Commissioner's Court Authorizing the Application and Acceptance of funds from the Office of the Governor to fund the Technology upgrades project for the 2025-2026 funding Cycle. 22. On a motion made by Commissioner Perez and seconded by Commissioner Vera that we authorize the Application and Acceptance of funds from the Office of the Governor to fund the Violent Crimes Investigation for the 2025-2026 funding cycle. Motion carried with all members voting "Aye" and "Against" none. 23. On a motion made by Commissioner Vera and seconded by Commissioner Guerra that we adjourn meeting.
