Pledge of Allegiance led by Judge Evans and Invocation given by Carl G. Hare. 01) PUBLIC FORUM Sandra Nevels discussed safety and traffic concerns regarding the Solar Project on FM 3240. Carrie Crumrine withdrew request. Patti Wiatrek voiced concerns regarding the Pine Gate Solar project. 02) GRAND VIEW RANCH PERFORMANCE BOND Comm. Jankoski, Bandera County Tax Assessor Collector office, discussed the bids to purchase property held by Bandera County in accordance with Property Tax Code, Sec. 34.05. Comm. Grothues moved to accept the bid of $3,690.00 for Lot 11-12, Block 118, Avalon, A, 0.103 acres, Property ID 160640; $3,690 for Lot 7-8, Block 118, Avalon, A. 103 acres, Property ID 160727 and $3,680.00 for Lot 13-14, Block 41, Avalon, E. 103 acres, Property ID 185087 as submitted by Hugh Lagedrost. Grothues moved to renew the Affordable Care Act Reporting and Tracking Service for 2025 and authorize County Judge to execute Agreement. Comm. Rutherford seconded the motion. Motion approved.
