The petition shall be filed within thirty (30) days after the decision of the Town Council. The filing of the petition shall stay the decision of the Town Council. Reason for this amendment: In the Town of Fincastle zoning and subdivision ordinances there is reference to both public and community utilities (water and sewer), however it is unclear as to whether or not these are the same. The intent here is to clarify that they are interchangeable. Definition: Wherever found in the zoning or subdivision ordinance of the Town of Fincastle the terms Public and Community water and sewer shall mean the same thing and shall be defined as meaning Town Water and Sewer.
