Commissioner Shives to approve the Commissioners' Minutes of the March 28, 2023 Motion by meeting. All in favor. Commissioner Shives to approve the Accounts Payables dated March 31, 2023 in the Motion by amount of $122,770.21. All in favor. All in favor. Commissioners consulted with Realtor Anthony D'Anna, Licensed Real Estate Broker, for upcoming property purchase. There was also consultation with the County Tax Assessor. Commissioners met with Magisterial District Judge Devin Horne, Fiscal Administrator Lisa Beatty and Resources Huston for a Retention Committee discussion on "Employee of Human Administrator Mary Commissioners decided that a meeting with Department Heads would be the Month" progression. beneficial for further discussion and plan to pick a date/time at the next Commissioners' meeting. Commissioners met with Services for Children Director Christine McQuade, Executive Program Director with Fulton County Family Partnership Elen Ott and Fulton County Human Services Director/Executive Development Director Julie Dovey. McQuade presented a "Child Abuse Prevention Month" Proclamation for the month of April. Ott Presented a "Week of the Young Child" Proclamation for the week of April 2nd.gth. Ott invited the Commissioners to the Child Abuse Prevention Conference on April 19th from 9:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. at the United Methodist Church in McConnellsburg. Commissioners 186 approved the Fulton County Courthouse to be lit up blue in support of Child Abuse Prevention Month for April. Motion by Commissioner Shives to proclaim the month of April as "Child Abuse Prevention Month". All in favor. Motion by Commissioner Bunch to proclaim April 2-8, 2023 as "Week of the Voung Child". All in favor. Commissioners met with Mission Critical's Vice-President and Assistant Operations Director Sid McConahy for consultation on EMA/911 agreements. Motion by Commissioner Ulsh to approve two proposed changes to the Probation Steps Project original specifications using "Golden Railings, Inc." instead of the specified supplier and to use aluminum with a higher strength. All in favor. Commissioners Ulsh departed the meeting at 10:00 a.m. Ben Martin, SCPA Regional Manager with Senator Bob Casey's office stopped by to greet the Commissioners. Commissioners met with Elections Director and CDBG Coordinator Patti Hess. Hess presented the Commissioners with two quotes for postage meters from Pitney Bowes as requested from them.
